OBJECTIVE & FUNCTION
OBJECTIVES
- To provide necessary skill training to enhance the employability of the students.
- To organize guest lectures, workshops and seminars by experienced personnel from the Industry.
- To partner with various organizations from the Industry and organize recruitment drives for our students within and outside the campus.
- To motivate students to develop their overall personality in terms of career planning, higher studies and entrepreneurship.
FUNCTION
- Providing Training & Placement process awareness to students.
- Organizing Pre- Placement Trainings.
- To build confidence in students also develops right attitude and values as per industries recruitment process.
- Maintaining and regularly updating the database of students. Maintaining database of companies and establishing strategic links for campus recruitments.
- Planning and organizing various Placement drives in campus.
- To assist students in obtaining placement in reputed companies.
- Finding, informing and managing Pool Placements drives.
- To have good relations with the recruiters.
- Managing Recruiters correspondence and feedbacks.
- Arranging meetings with Human Resources Department of companies and TPO’s to promote recruitments.
- Provide career guidance in Higher education, placements and entrepreneurship to students.
- To build the bridge between industry and academia.
