  • Examination Coordinator: Responsible for planning and organizing the examination schedule, coordinating with faculty, and ensuring smooth conduct of exams.

  • Invigilators: Monitor students during exams, maintain exam integrity, and enforce rules and regulations.

  • Proctors: Assist invigilators, distribute and collect exam materials, and manage logistics during the exams.

  • Examiners: Evaluate answer scripts, provide accurate grading, and maintain confidentiality of student evaluations.

  • Result Processing Team: Compile and process exam results, calculate grades, and prepare scorecards for students.

  • Support Staff: Assist with administrative tasks, exam room setup, and other logistical support as needed
