Rules & Regulations on Examination for Engineering UG College Students

  • Examination Registration: a. All engineering undergraduate (UG) college students are required to register for the examinations within the specified timeline set by the college or university. b. Students must ensure they meet the eligibility criteria to appear for the examinations, including fulfilling the necessary credit requirements and attending the required classes.

  • Examination Schedule: a. The college or university will provide an examination schedule indicating the dates, times, and venues for each exam. It is crucial for students to review and be aware of this schedule to avoid any conflicts or confusion. b. Students should also take note of any changes or updates made to the examination schedule and be prepared accordingly.

  • Admit Card: a. Prior to the exams, students will be issued an admit card that serves as proof of registration and identification during the examination. b. It is mandatory for students to possess a valid admit card to be allowed entry into the examination hall. Students should collect and carry their admit cards to every exam.

  • Examination Rules and Conduct: a. Students must familiarise themselves with the examination rules and guidelines set by the college or university. b. Students should arrive at the examination venue well before the scheduled time, allowing sufficient time for seating arrangements and document verification. c. It is essential to maintain proper conduct and discipline throughout the examination. Students should follow the instructions given by the invigilators and avoid any form of cheating, malpractice, or disruptive behaviour.

  • Examination Evaluation and Grading: a. The evaluation and grading process may vary depending on the college or university. It can include written exams, practical exams, assignments, projects, or a combination thereof. b.   • Academic Integrity: a. Students are expected to maintain the highest level of academic integrity during examinations. b. Any form of plagiarism, cheating, or dishonesty will be strictly dealt with according to the college or university's policies and may result in severe consequencess.
